Making a difference
“
GenPride goes beyond representation; it’s about creating an environment where everyone in our workplace feels acknowledged and supported. Through this Employee Resource Group, employees identifying as LGBTQIA+ and their allies are advocating to create an inclusive culture, raise awareness, educate, and create space for resources and support. It is empowering to be part of a movement that not only makes an impact within ÐǺ£ÆåÅÆ, but also in the wider community.

Diversity is not about having people on your team that look different. It means including them, developing them, and allowing them to influence you as a leader and make their thoughts known in the decision-making process.

“
The Community of Caregivers, created to promoting an inclusive culture where caregiver-employees feel authentically supported and able to show up as their best selves at work, has been a wonderful resource for me. Meeting colleagues who face similar challenges juggling caregiving with professional duties, being able to openly discuss our stories and share encouragement – each interaction and conversation reminds me that I am not alone in my journey. It is truly an honor to lead and be a part of this Employee Resource Group.
