Employee Resource Groups

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) enhance our culture and business outcomes. Led by employees, they leverage diversity, equity and inclusion, offering networking and career development opportunities, stimulating new ideas and attracting diverse employees. All ERGs are open to all employees of ÐǺ£ÆåÅÆ.

GenPride
GenPride advocates for LGBTQIA+ employees and allies with the goal of increasing awareness and education, and support and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
NextGen
NextGen connects early-stage researchers to stimulate collaboration and innovation, as well as to give a sense of unity in their goal to strengthen ÐǺ£ÆåÅÆ's science-driven culture.
Community of Caregivers
This group aims to promote and sustain an inclusive culture where caregivers are treated with parity and encouraged to seek work-life harmony.
GenWEN
At GenWEN (Women's Empowerment Network), the aim is to create a supportive and inclusive community that empowers women and all people that know and support women in the workplace.
MEAD
Multi-cultural for Engagement, Advancement and Development (MEAD) aims to engage a diverse and inclusive work environment. Through networking and driving initiatives, MEAD aims to attract, retain, empower and inspire multi-cultural and minority groups and is for all who belong to or are an ally to the community. 
GenDads
By nurturing a supportive network, we empower fathers to mentor, energize, and support one another in the pursuit of responsible fatherhood and the holistic well-being of children.
