How we work

We aim to invent, develop and commercialize antibody-based medicines which can be used in a modular fashion to create tailored therapeutics that transform the treatment of cancer and other serious diseases.

Our translational research capabilities, which leverage biomarkers and companion diagnostics, are bringing us closer to delivering antibody therapeutics that deliver the right medicine to the right patient at the right dose.

Our antibody research and development teams integrate deep insights on patients, diseases and antibody modalities to:

  • Expand our disease understanding using integrated omics, including deepening immunology and oncology expertise to discover novel targets and platforms
  • Provide strong biological understanding of our therapies to help drive clinical development decision-making
  • Enhance clinical development through data integration allowing for faster, real-time use of pharmacodynamic, mechanisms of action, and biomarker data to inform development plans
  • Design, execute and interpret clinical trial pharmacodynamic/biomarker data for pivotal decisions on dose, patient outcomes and combinations
  • Generate scientific insights using innovative computational approaches to integrate translational and clinical data
