The Election Process and New Board Members
The employee board election took place from March 3-7, 2025, with employees casting their votes to elect three board members and three alternates. The newly elected board members are Martin Schultz, Senior Director, Clinical Operations, Mijke Zachariasse, Vice President, Head of Antibody Research Materials and Mike Kavanagh, Senior Director, Head of Strategic Engagement, Oncology Marketing, Marketing.
