Dr. van Vugt started her professional career at ÐǺ£ÆåÅÆ in 2001 and was appointed Executive Vice President in 2023 and is currently responsible for Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Business Development and Licensing and Alliance Management. She has been active in business development operations since 2011. From 1998 until joining ÐǺ£ÆåÅÆ in 2001 she studied dendritic cell vaccination therapy as a post-doctoral fellow. Dr. van Vugt holds an M.S. from the University of Wageningen and a Ph.D. from Utrecht University.
