Mr. Cozic joined ÐǺ£ÆåÅÆ in 2017 and became the Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer effective March 1, 2022. Mr. Cozic has extensive experience as a global human resource executive in strategic leadership, organization design, human resource management, policy development, employee relations, organizational development, and a heavy concentration in all aspects of corporate growth and expansion.

Prior to joining ÐǺ£ÆåÅÆ, Mr. Cozic held leadership roles in the biopharma and telecommunications industries. He received his bachelor’s degree in English and Communications from Quinnipiac University and also attained Senior and Global Professional Human Resource (SPHR and GPHR) certifications.
