Mr. Pagano joined ÐǺ£ÆåÅÆ in 2007, was appointed Senior Vice President in 2011 and became the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective March 1, 2020. Prior to joining ÐǺ£ÆåÅÆ, Mr. Pagano was Corporate Controller and Senior Director of Business Planning at NovaDel Pharma, a publicly traded specialty pharmaceutical company. He started his career at KPMG LLP, reaching the position of Manager, where he provided audit and M&A consulting services to clients ranging from start- ups to Fortune 500s in a broad range of industries.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.S. in Accounting from The College of New Jersey, as well as an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Mr. Pagano is a registered manager of ÐǺ£ÆåÅÆ with the Danish Business Authority.
